2. General Terms

2.1. Objective of the General Terms and Conditions:
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) is to regulate the legal relationship between the Contractor and the Client during the Contractor’s activities. Accordingly, these GTC form an inseparable part of any business, delivery, or other agreement concluded with the Contractor.

2.2. Validity:
These GTC are valid until revoked or replaced by the next version.

2.3. Accessibility:
The Contractor makes these GTC available electronically in both Hungarian and English on its website www.oxygensmd.com and in printed form at its office.

2.4. Version Number:
V.1.0

2.5. Effective Date:
April 30, 2025

3. Detailed Contractual Terms

3.1. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting the invitation to use the quotation system, the User expressly agrees to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions, including any future revisions published on the Contractor’s official website.

3.2. Voluntary Use and Data Submission
The quotation system is used at the User’s own responsibility and with their explicit consent. All uploaded files and submitted data are shared voluntarily by the User with the system.

3.3. Nature of Quotations
Quotations generated by the system are sequentially numbered and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute binding manufacturing orders or invoices.

3.4. Review of Quotations
All quotations generated by the application are subject to manual review and are further refined by a qualified representative of the Contractor based on the Client’s specific needs.

3.5. Right to Withdraw or Modify Preliminary Quotations
OXYGEN SMD Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally withdraw or modify any preliminary quotation generated by the application, particularly in cases of technical errors, unexpected system behavior, or other exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

3.6. Accuracy Disclaimer
While the system provides highly accurate cost estimates, the final commercial offer may differ depending on project-specific adjustments and mutual agreement.
